Dr. Phat Dai Hoang

Family Medicine | Medical Director
Dr. Phat D. Hoang is a board-certified family physician and Medical Director at Westview Family Medicine, P.C. in Avondale, Arizona. With more than 30 years of experience, he provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Dr. Hoang earned his Doctor of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at the University of Alberta, Canada, where he also graduated with distinction in Mathematics. He is certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the Canadian College of Family Physicians, and holds Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Affiliated with Banner Estrella Medical Center, Dr. Hoang is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care and fostering long-term relationships with his patients.

Catherine Asuncion, M.D.

Dr. Catherine C. Asuncion is a board-certified Internal Medicine physician with more than 20 years of experience in primary care. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based care for adult patients. Dr. Asuncion completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago and earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Far Eastern University in Manila, Philippines.

She values building long-term relationships with her patients and is committed to helping them achieve optimal health through preventative care, patient education, and ongoing support.

Suzanne Benjamin, FNP- C.

Suzanne Benjamin is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive clinical experience in family medicine, urgent care, and chronic disease management. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant certification from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences and holds a Master’s degree in Health Science Management and Administration from the University of Phoenix.

Throughout her career, Ms. Benjamin has provided comprehensive care in both primary and specialty settings, with expertise in diagnostic evaluation, women’s health, medication management, and minor surgical procedures. Her professional background includes leadership roles in multidisciplinary healthcare environments, patient education initiatives, and evidence-based practice implementation.

Ms. Benjamin is committed to advancing quality, patient-centered care through clinical excellence, education, and a focus on preventive health and wellness.

Jenny Kien, FNP-C.

Jenny Kien is a Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience across acute, chronic, and rehabilitative care settings. She provides comprehensive, evidence-based primary care to patients across the lifespan, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations. Her clinical expertise includes preventive care, chronic disease management, acute illness evaluation, and mental health conditions.

Jenny brings a strong nursing foundation with experience in medical-surgical telemetry, ICU, rehabilitation, neurology, orthopedics, and traumatic brain injury care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She is ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certified and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care through thorough assessments, patient education, and collaborative care planning.

Alan Marchbanks, PA-C.

Alan Marchbanks is an experienced Physician Assistant with over 25 years of clinical practice across family medicine, surgery, and urology. He provides comprehensive medical evaluation and treatment for patients of all ages, with a strong focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education.

Alan is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of both the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. He holds a Master of Medical Science and a Physician Assistant degree from Midwestern University, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from Grand Canyon University.

Paul Bratcher, PA-C.

Paul W. Bratcher is a certified Physician Assistant and Registered Nurse with extensive experience in family practice, internal medicine, and rehabilitation. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, Summa Cum Laude, from Midwestern University, along with degrees in Nursing and Biology.

Mr. Bratcher has provided comprehensive care in outpatient and inpatient settings, emphasizing preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and patient education. Licensed in Arizona and certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, he is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to patients across all stages of life.

Joslynn Valencia, PA-C.

Joslynn Valencia is a certified Physician Assistant with experience in family and internal medicine, women’s health, pediatrics, and preventive care. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from A.T. Still University and graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Fullerton, with a degree in Health Science.

Ms. Valencia provides comprehensive primary care with a focus on patient education, wellness, and evidence-based treatment. She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Medication-Assisted Treatment and is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
